RF-8-GAZ-98" are self-propelled sleds equipped with an internal combustion engine and a pusher propeller. They are a means of transportation over ice and snowy terrain. On December 24, 1941, mass production of these aerosleds began at the Gorky Automobile Plant branch, the "Bus Plant." Armed with a machine gun, they were used for reconnaissance, raids behind enemy lines, and during attacks, they towed several soldiers on skis. This is a simple but well-designed model that reproduces the appearance and interior of the prototype. The model is suitable for modelers of any experience level, but beginners would be better off working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague.
