Delivery Terms with Venipak and Omnniva Packers

You can choose your nearest Venipak or Omniva parcel machine as your delivery location when placing an order in our online shop.

Delivery Time:

Goods are usually delivered within 1-3 working days after order processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Costs:

Delivery costs and delivery options depend on the total weight and volume of the goods, as well as the chosen delivery location.

Exact delivery costs will be calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

Delivery Status Tracking:

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to keep track of the delivery status.

Tracking information is also available in your user account in our online shop.

Receiving the goods:

You will receive a text message and an email notification when the goods have been delivered to your chosen Venipak parcel location.

To collect the goods, you will need to enter the access code you have received at the parcel terminal.

Delivery abroad

Delivery outside Latvia is carried out by “Latvijas Pasts” (Latvian Post). The order will be shipped within 3 working days after payment.
