Founded in Riga in 1869 by the German company "Van der Zypen und Charlier," the branch of the wagon-building plant was reorganized in 1874 into the joint-stock company "Russo-Baltic Wagon Factory." From 1908, automobiles of original design for various purposes were produced there. In the summer of 1909, the first car of the "C" series was released, notable for its comfort and finish. They were produced until 1918 in 9 series. However, even cars of the same series differed in equipment, level of comfort, and finish. This is not the most complex, but a beautifully detailed car model that even less experienced modelers can assemble.
