PAZ-672 - Soviet Pavlov Automobile Plant (PAZ) in 1967-1989 produced bus model. Used mainly on suburban, regional routes throughout the USSR, sometimes as route taxis or hearses. Now still found on the roads of Russia (especially Siberia, the north), Central Asia, the Caucasus, Africa, Cuba. In Lithuania in 2014 The Biržai bus fleet had several more running PAZ-672s, in 2013 the association "Retromobile" restored such a bus and operates it. The standard model was 7.15 m long, 2.44 m wide, 3.6 m base height. It weighs 4.5 t (fully loaded - 7.8 t). The body is rounded shapes, has two pneumatic doors ("screen" type, consisting of 4 parts) and a manually opened door for the driver. The bus is equipped with a ZMZ-672 gasoline engine: 8 cylinders, 115 h. p. power, 4250 cm³ working capacity, consumes 21 l of fuel per 100 km. It develops a maximum speed of 80 km/h. It is equipped with 23 seats. 24 PAZ-672 modifications were produced, a total of 288,688 units. PAZ-672VJU was intended for Cuba, and was produced there under the name "Giron", PAZ-672JU was intended for tropical socialist countries, PAZ-3742 was produced as refrigerator cars, PAZ-672Zh was powered by gas, PAZ-672S was intended for the northern regions, had additional heating, PAZ-3201 was intended for difficult roads, had 4-wheel drive, did not have rear doors, KT-201 was produced as a hearse, had a special door for a coffin at the rear. Some modifications were assembled as tourist buses, laboratories on wheels. A number of these buses also drove on the roads of free Lituania in the initial period of its independence restoration.

This is a Lituanian bus, what the publication reproduces, a medium complexity, medium projecting level and medium detailization model (full interior and exterior detailing, perfectly reproduced, but simple chassis) for modelers of any experience. Only for beginners and modelers with little experience, we recommend working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague and doing the interior detailing as an experiment, and maybe You will be able to do it perfectly. There are no text instructions at all, the graphic ones are excellent, there is a considerable reserve of colors.
